Should UNIT TESTING tool be inbuilt in Microsoft .Net?

I have a query for microsoft. As we know microsoft provides really very good products in this IT world. They have imlemented .Net, which is the widest and most important application to rapid web application developement. Its also have too much features, which I cannot include in this small article.

There is just one query. We developed web and window applciations. And unit testing manually and by using third party automated tool. Instead of if microsoft provide us inbuild facility to UNIT TEST the web and window application, it will better to generate error free web & window application. Can we expect the same from microsoft?  I think you all should add comments regarding this. Not?

Thanks & Regards,
Vijay Modi
