COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator

To resolve this problem go through the following steps:

Go to Start > Run
Write the cmd and click on ok button. Command prompt will open.
Write the following commands
> msdtc -uninstall
> msdtc -install

This will resolve your problem.

    dependancy services i.e. Remote procedure call and service account manager must be in stared condition for running msdtc.
