I actually used this software and had terrible performance on a dual-dual-core box. Today I got an updated version from them and it’s 20x faster than the original.
I do not like, however, that there is no way to massage the schema during a merge. If you change even the slightest bit (like disabling a default value on a column), it sees the tables as different and will not update the data.
